about us

Henriette Reinders

Henriette Reinders

Programme Manager

I started working for Southern Enterprise Alliance in 2018 and managed the successful Inspiring Enterprise programme helping hundreds of unemployed people to start a business.

I enjoy seeing other people thrive and build a better future for themselves whatever their background or ambition. Answering the phone to enquiries and offering our support is exciting when you hear people’s hope and confidence grow in their voice.

I enjoy developing ideas and strategies, implementing plans, and making a difference. Words that resonate with me include ‘joining the dots’, synergy, focus & effectiveness.

If there is anything you would like to see us organise or develop as part of the New Directions Programme, please let me know by emailing me.
